Shipping policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.
Pre-Orders
If your order contains a pre-order item, please refer to the product page for the estimated shipping date. Expected shipping dates may vary between products and will be clearly displayed on the relevant pre-order item page. If your order contains both in stock and pre-order items, please check the product page for details on how your order will be shipped.
United Kingdom shipping
- Standard (3–4 business days): £2.99
- Express (1–2 business days): £3.99
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before delivery, where applicable.
Europe Shipping
- Standard (3-5 business days): £9.99
USA Shipping
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, please contact us at fawxsportswear@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched, and orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may incur a re-shipping fee.
