Leotard Size Guide
For best performance, range of motion, and comfort, our leotards are designed to be worn on their own, similar to swimwear, without additional undergarments. Extra layers can create unnecessary bulk, restrict movement, and may cause discomfort, including increased bunching or wedging. Wearing the leotard as intended helps ensure a smooth, secure fit so athletes can move freely and confidently
Child vs Adult Sizes
Our sizing is based on stage of development rather than age. Child sizes are designed to fit gymnasts prior to chest development, offering a secure and comfortable fit for younger bodies.
Adult sizes are designed with chest shaping and support in mind to accommodate early and ongoing chest development. This means a gymnast may move into an adult size as early as around 10–12 years old, depending on their individual development.
For the best fit, choose your size using the body measurements above. We do not recommend selecting a size based on age, as body size and stage of development vary significantly between individuals.
